TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tender includes technical consultancy and assistance in total consultancy in connection with the construction of a new day-care institution, including associated outdoor areas, in a new urban development area in Ringe Syd. The day-care institution is to be built on a municipally owned plot, property/land register plot number 3d, Brangstrup By, Ringe, where there is currently undeveloped land. The site is beautifully located in a hilly area with significant landscape value, and is to provide the framework for a well-functioning and aesthetically attractive Children’s House with exciting and inviting indoor and outdoor areas for staying and playing. The new day-care institution must accommodate both a kindergarten and a nursery school, and is initially to be set up for use by 72 kindergarten children, 24 nursery school children and fixed staff of approximately 25 persons.
