TENDER DESCRIPTION

I - BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE The Danish Agency for Buildings and Property (Bygningsstyrelsen) tenders a contract for providing a SaaS solution for IT support of property administration and leasing within the Danish Agency for Buildings and Property. The Danish Agency for Buildings and Property has a need for a solution that will function as the Danish Agency for Buildings and Property’s primary specialist system for IT support of the Danish Agency for Buildings and Property’s specialist unit for leasing and asset management. The solution must be delivered as a SaaS solution with the necessary configuration in order to support the Danish Agency for Buildings and Property’s needs. The supplier shall carry out implementation, including configuration, setup and data migration from the Danish Agency for Buildings and Property’s existing system, as well as training of the Danish Agency for Buildings and Property’s users in accordance with the Danish Agency for Buildings and Property’s needs prior to making the solution available.
