Further development of the Danish Social and Housing Agency's closely supported start-up programs for foster families, including adaptation of the associated competence course aimed at family care consultants in applying TSOP. 2. Operation of the Danish Social and Housing Agency's concept for closely supported start-up programs for foster families, including: a. Ongoing holding and operation of competence courses aimed at family care consultants in applying TSOP b. Ongoing evaluation and quality assurance of the competence course and the start-up program c. Competence development of already certified family care consultants or private actors in applying the updated material, cf. subtask 1. d. Hosting and operation of a technical solution that ensures accessibility of teaching materials and general information about TSOP 1.
