1. Further development of the Social and Housing Agency's closely supported start-up programs for foster families as well as adaptation of the associated competence course aimed at family foster care consultants in using tsop. 2. Operation of the Social and Housing Agency's concept for closely supported start-up programs for foster families, including: a. Ongoing holding and operation of competence courses aimed at family foster care consultants to use tsop b. Ongoing evaluation and quality assurance of the competence course and the start-up program c. Competence development of already certified family foster care consultants or private actors in using the updated material, cf. subtask 1. d. Hosting and operation of a technical solution that ensures accessibility of teaching materials as well as general information about tsop 1.
