The present tender concerns the award of a contract for the Contracting Authority’s acquisition of an integrated accounting and payroll system with particular focus on secure, stable and efficient operation. The contract includes the delivery and implementation of the solution as well as the subsequent operation, maintenance and support. Under the accounting section there are, as well as the debtor, invoicing/collection, etc., and under the payroll section there is also duty rosters. The services for operation constitute a central element of the contract, and include full responsibility for the daily operation of the solution, including ensuring high availability, performance and operational stability. The purpose of the tender is to establish a future-proof and robust platform that supports the Contracting Authority’s accounting and payroll administration effectively and with a high degree of automation, quality and operational reliability, including up-to-date technological opportunities in the form of support for machine learning and artificial intelligence and other tools that can contribute to increased automation and decision support.
