TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tender is a re-tender as the original tender was cancelled (under notice 286523-2026), since FMI assessed that the products and services covered by the contract could be subjected to competition in a more appropriate manner. The agreement covers the ongoing production and repair of the banners of the Defence, the Home Guard, and the Ministry of Civil Protection and Emergency Management over a longer contract period of 12 years. The purpose of the Agreement is to establish close cooperation between the Defence Materiel and Procurement Agency ("FMI") and the Supplier concerning the production of new Danish banners (Initial Procurement) as well as ongoing replacement and repairs of existing and new banners (fixed annual procurements and optional annual procurements) throughout the entire duration of the agreement (Production and Repair Phase).
