TENDER DESCRIPTION

Tender regarding WAN services and ongoing operation, service and support for Region Hovedstaden and Region Sjælland (forthcoming Region Østdanmark). The procurement is carried out as an open procurement with negotiation of a single combined public contract for the regions. “Contract with negotiation” includes a qualification phase (prequalification), submission of initial tenders (and, if applicable, revised negotiation tenders), negotiations, and submission of a final tender. Only those applicants that have been prequalified may, at the Contracting Authority’s request, submit tenders. In the negotiation phase, the initial tenders and, if applicable, revised negotiation tenders submitted by the prequalified tenderers form the basis for the subsequent negotiations. When the negotiation phase has been completed, the Contracting Authority will invite the tenderers that have participated in the negotiations to submit a final tender.
