TENDER DESCRIPTION

Collection and management by means of (recovery, recycling or disposal) of municipal waste from properties located within the Lesznowola Municipality where residents have their domicile, delivered to PSZOK, must be carried out in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, and limiting the amount of municipal waste subject to biodegradation delivered for landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste, the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11.01.2012 on detailed requirements regarding the collection of municipal waste from property owners, the Voivodeship Waste Management Plan adopted by Resolution No 9/25 of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Assembly dated 25 February 2025, concerning the adoption of the Voivodeship Waste Management Plan for Mazowsze together with its annexes and subsequent amendments, the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of the Lesznowola Municipality and other local law provisions.
