TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is Małopolska’s participation in European Hydrogen Week 2026. 2. The contract includes: a) Lease, preparation and technical servicing of the exhibition space with dimensions of 3m x 4m (12m²) during EHW 2026 – in accordance with the reservation made previously by the Contracting Authority with the Event Organizer (booth No. J42). b) Purchase of the Silver sponsorship package as part of the event – in accordance with the reservation made previously by the Contracting Authority with the Organizer. c) Development and delivery of promotional materials and branding elements for the exhibition space. d) Ensuring the participation of 3 experts from Małopolska during EHW 2026. 3. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (SOPZ) constitutes Appendix No. 1D to the SWZ and will be introduced as an appendix to the public procurement contract. 3.
