TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service involving the granting of a long-term bank loan in the amount of PLN 12,500,000.00 (in words: twelve million five hundred thousand PLN) intended for the repayment of previously incurred loan obligations and covering the deficit. 2. Loan repayment in the years 2027-2045. 3. The loan will be drawn in installments from the date of signing the contract until 28.12.2026. The contracting authority reserves the right to disburse the loan in installments within 3 working days from the submission of the loan disbursement instruction. 4. The contracting authority reserves the right to incur a loan in an amount lower than the agreed amount of PLN 12,500,000.00 without additional fees and commissions. 5. The repayment of the loan and interest will be secured by a blank promissory note along with a promissory note declaration. 6. The interest rate on the loan during the repayment period will be based on the variable WIBOR 1M base rate, established as the arithmetic average of the WIBOR 1M rate quotations for the month preceding the next interest period and a fixed bank margin throughout the loan repayment period. 7.
