TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is to grant to the Municipality of Strzelce Opolskie a long-term loan, up to a total amount of 9,400,000 PLN, intended to cover the planned deficit of the municipality’s budget for 2026. The scope of the contract includes in particular the granting and servicing of the long-term, PLN-denominated loan, with a total amount not exceeding 9,400,000 PLN, drawn in tranches, as needed, with availability until 31 December 2026. Repayment of the loan for a period of up to 10 years with a moratorium until 31 January 2027.
