TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the grant of a long-term bank loan in the amount of PLN 13.200.000,00 (in words: thirteen million two hundred thousand PLN) 2. The subject matter of the contract includes taking out and repaying the loan in Polish zloty (PLN), and in the event that Poland enters the EURO area, the conversion of the loan shall take place without any additional charges. 3. Loan availability: until 31 December 2026. 4. Loan term: from the date of signing the agreement until 31.12.2032. 5. Purpose of the loan: to cover the planned budget deficit for 2026 and to repay earlier drawn loans and borrowings. 6. Security for the loan: a blank promissory note together with a promissory note declaration. 7. Repayment of the loan shall take place in quarterly instalments, in the years 2027-2032, in accordance with the schedule constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 8.
