1. The subject matter of the contract is “Granting and servicing a long-term loan in the amount of 3 900 000.00 PLN intended for the repayment of previously incurred obligations” 2. In 2026, the Contractor shall grant the Contracting Authority a loan in Polish currency in the amount of up to 3 900 000.00 PLN (in words: three million nine hundred thousand PLN) on the terms set out in the agreement. The Contracting Authority shall allocate the loan funds to repay a previously incurred obligation arising from the loan taken out in the amount of 3 900 000.00 PLN. 1.
