TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. This procedure is conducted in the form of an open tender, pursuant to Article 132 et seq. of the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024 item 732, as amended; hereinafter: the Public Procurement Law), under which all interested Contractors may submit tenders in response to the contract notice. 2. The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the so-called “reverse procedure” referred to in Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. first it will examine and evaluate the tenders, and then it will carry out the Contractor’s qualification assessment for the Contractor whose tender received the highest score, in respect of the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure.
