TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is:  granting and servicing a long-term PLN-denominated loan of up to a maximum amount of 10 000 000,00 PLN with the option of not utilising the full loan value without additional commissions and fees.  the loan will be utilised up to the amount of 10 000 000,00 PLN to finance the budget deficit planned for 2026 and the repayment of previously incurred liabilities arising from loans and borrowings.  the Contracting Authority reserves the right to take a smaller loan amount without additional commissions and fees.  the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make the loan available in a single drawdown or in tranches.  the scheduled drawdown of the loan shall be made successively in accordance with the Contracting Authority’s needs, which will inform the Contractor 3 business days in advance of the tranche amount.  the loan will be utilised by 31.12.2026.  the loan shall be repaid from the Commune’s own revenues in the years 2027-2040, while the interest shall be paid in the years 2026-2040.  the repayment grace period shall be until 30 March 2027.  interest repayment shall be made by the last day of each calendar quarter, i.e. 31 March, 30…
