TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procedure is conducted under the open tender mode based on Article 139 of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp). 1. Contractors may jointly apply for the contract award. 2. Contractors jointly applying for the contract award are obliged to appoint a proxy to represent them in the procedure for awarding the contract or to represent them in the procedure and in concluding the public procurement contract. 4. All correspondence and settlements will be conducted exclusively with the proxy as the representative of the contractors jointly applying for the contract award. 5. Partners of a civil partnership are contractors jointly applying for the contract award and the rules specified in sections 1 - 4 apply to them. 6. Prior to concluding the contract for the award of the contract, contractors jointly applying for the contract award will be obliged to present to the contracting authority a copy of the agreement regulating cooperation between those contractors. 7.
