TENDER DESCRIPTION

Detailed description of the subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is the granting of a long-term bank loan in the amount of PLN 14,178,000.00 to cover previously incurred liabilities and to finance the planned deficit of the Municipality. The repayment period for the principal installments of the loan: December 2026 – December 2041. The interest repayment period will be in the years 2026-2041. The bank will make the loan available to the Contracting Authority immediately after the conclusion of the contract, but no later than 30.12.2026. The planned date of contract conclusion: October 2026. The Contracting Authority does not foresee the possibility of loan installment repayment in foreign currencies. All calculations between the Contractor and the Contracting Authority will be made in Polish zloty (PLN). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the ToR.
