TENDER DESCRIPTION

Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract: The subject of the contract is the provision of a long-term bank loan in the amount of 14.178.000,00 PLN to cover previously incurred liabilities and to finance the planned deficit of the Municipality. The repayment period for the principal instalments of the loan: December 2026 – December 2041. The interest repayment period will be in the years 2026–2041. The Bank shall make the loan available to the Contracting Authority immediately after the contract is concluded, but no later than by 30.12.2026. Planned contract conclusion date: October 2026. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of repaying loan instalments in foreign currencies. Any calculations between the Contractor and the Contracting Authority will be made in Polish złoty (PLN).
