Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract: 1. Granting a long-term loan to cover the budget deficit in 2026 and to repay previously incurred liabilities. 2. Disbursement of the loan by 29 December 2026, 3. Repayment of principal instalments — grace period in 2027; starting January 2028, monthly — at the end of each month, in the period January 2028 — December 2044. 4. Loan in the amount of 10.148.966,00 PLN. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to make the loan available in tranches depending on the Contracting Authority’s needs. 5. Interest payable monthly, at the end of each month, based on a notice of their amount provided at least 10 days before the payment deadline — the notice in written form or sending it to the address [email protected]. 6. Interest rate of the loan — WIBOR 1M plus the bank’s margin.
