Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract: 1. Granting a long-term loan to cover the budget deficit in 2026 and to repay previously incurred obligations. 2. Disbursement of the loan by 29 December 2026, 3. Repayment of principal instalments – deferment in 2027; from January 2028 monthly – at the end of each month, in the period from January 2028 to December 2044. 4. Loan amount: 10.148.966,00 PLN. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to disburse the loan in tranches depending on the Contracting Authority’s needs. 5. Interest payable monthly, at the end of each month, based on a notice of the amount provided to the bank at least 10 days before the payment due date – notice in writing or sending it to the address [email protected]. 6. Loan interest rate – WIBOR 1M + the bank’s margin.
