TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 4,400,000.00, with a repayment period of 10 years, i.e. from 29.01.2027 to 31.12.2036. 2. The loan must be made available to the Contracting Authority immediately after the contract is signed and after dispatching the drawdown instruction for a tranche electronically or by post, no later than by 30 December 2026. 1) The disbursement is forecast in 3 tranches, i.e.: a) 1st tranche PLN 1,000,000.00 immediately after the contract is signed, b) 2nd tranche PLN 1,000,000.00 no later than 15 December 2026, with the possibility to resign from the tranche, c) 3rd tranche PLN 2,400,000.00 no later than 30 December 2026, with the possibility to resign from the tranche. 2) The Contracting Authority reserves the right to disburse in tranches, of which it will inform the Contractor in advance, including changes to the date, amount and number of tranches, including non-utilisation of the full loan amount, subject to the condition that the part of the loan not drawn down by 30.12.2026 expires. 3.
