TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the granting of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 5,173,191.43 for repayment of previously incurred loans and borrowings and for financing the deficit in the budget. The funds from the granted long-term loan will ensure the balancing of the budget by covering the planned deficit of PLN 1,778,814.51 and the smooth, on-time repayment of instalments of previously incurred financial liabilities in the amount of PLN 3,394,376.92. 2. Repayment of the instalments of the long-term loan should be spread over the years 2027–2037. The Contracting Authority provides that the loan will be disbursed by the end of 2026 and in each subsequent year the instalments will be repaid quarterly, i.e. 4 instalments per year during the term of the loan. 1.
