TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is granting a long-term loan of 7,000,000.00 PLN. The loan will be used to finance the planned budget deficit of the Iława County in 2026. 2. The loan will be disbursed after the credit agreement is concluded by December 18, 2026, in terms and tranches tailored to the needs of the Contracting Authority and will be granted upon written instruction of the Contracting Authority, within a maximum of 3 business days from receiving the written instruction from the Contracting Authority. 3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to use less than the full amount of the loan. The Contractor shall not charge additional commissions or fees for the unused portion of the granted loan. 4. The Contracting Authority anticipates the possibility of early repayment of the loan or part thereof without incurring any charges. The Contracting Authority shall notify the Contractor in writing of the intention to make an early repayment of the loan or its part no later than on the planned repayment date.
