TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the service of granting a long-term loan up to the amount of PLN 15,000,000.00 intended to finance the planned budget deficit of the Municipality of Maszewo in connection with the implementation of the investment task entitled "Modernization and reconstruction of the existing sewage treatment plant in Maszewo". The procedure is conducted pursuant to Resolution No. XXVI/171/2026 of the Maszewo City Council dated 10 June 2026 regarding the taking out of a long-term loan. 1. To confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion from the procedure and to confirm compliance with participation requirements, the Contractor is obliged to submit together with the offer a statement of the Contractor on non-exclusion and fulfillment of participation conditions, made on the uniform European procurement document form ("JEDZ"), prepared according to the standard form pattern specified in the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/7 of 5 January 2016 establishing the standard form of the uniform European procurement document (Official Journal of the EU L 2016 No. 3, p. 16).
