TENDER DESCRIPTION

Description of the subject of the contract: 1) The subject of the contract is granting a loan to the Lyski Municipality in the amount of 2,502,341.00 PLN to finance the budget deficit of the Municipality amounting to 1,602,341.00 PLN and to repay previously contracted loans and credits amounting to 900,000.00 PLN; 2) Interest rate: variable; 3) Base rate for determining interest: a) For the offer: according to the WIBOR 1M rate from 31.07.2026 plus the bank's margin (in case of statutory liquidation of the WIBOR indicator, it will be the indicator specified by the legislator); b) For the contract: the loan shall bear interest at the WIBOR 1M rate from the last business day of the month preceding the accounting month plus a fixed bank margin. When calculating interest for each subsequent interest period, the contractor applies the WIBOR 1M rate from the last day of the month preceding the accounting month increased by the contractor’s margin.
