GRANTING A TEMPORARY ACCESS LICENCE FOR USE OF AN INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATIC VALIDATION, PROCESSING AND ADAPTING DIGITAL DOCUMENTS TO MEET DIGITAL ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, IN PARTICULAR TO THE PDF/UA STANDARD AND WCAG GUIDELINES. 1. The subject of the procedure and the contract is granting the Contracting Authority a 28-month temporary access licence for using an information system for the automatic validation, processing and adapting of digital documents to meet digital accessibility requirements, in particular to the PDF/UA standard and the WCAG guidelines. 2. The Contractor shall provide an audit report of the offered solution and an Accessibility Declaration prepared on the basis thereof, compliant with the current technical requirements of the Ministry of Digital Affairs. The audit may be carried out only by entities listed in the register contained in the list located at https://www.funduszeunijne.gov.pl/strony/o-funduszach/fundusze-europejskie-bez-barier/dostepnosc/ustawa/certyfikacja-dostepnosci/wykaz-podmiotow/.
