TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement procedure is the supply and installation works of the lift to full functionality, all in accordance with the technical documentation and the Bill of Quantities (Troškovnik), which form an integral part of this Procurement Documentation. The selected bidder is required to carry out and perform the subject of procurement properly, conscientiously and responsibly, with the care of a good expert, according to the highest professional standards, in accordance with the relevant positive legal regulations governing the subject of procurement, the orders and instructions of the supervising engineer, and the conditions and requirements of the Procurement Documentation. The minimum warranty period for the performed works is 2 years. The exact warranty period will be determined according to the ENP criterion.
