The North Karelia procurement office requests submission of an offer to the City of Joensuu for a demolition contract concerning a real estate entity formed by two (2) residential apartment buildings, the remains of one (1) burnt detached house, and a separate utility building The offer is binding and it must be prepared in Finnish.
