TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender invites proposals from a single supplier for the comprehensive development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of a new drug-themed web environment, along with necessary user support services. The core scope of work involves initial analysis, planning of information architecture and UX-UI design, technical development of the platform including specific functionalities like chat support and addiction tests, content migration, SEO, multilingual integration, and subsequent post-launch stabilization, warranty support, and continuous maintenance. Technical specifications require compliance with HTML5+, CSS3+, PHP 8.4+, UTF-8 encoding, Open Graph and Twitter Cards protocols, Google Analytics 4, WCAG and GDPR standards, encrypted data transfers, multi-language support, and English coding conventions. The contract will run for up to 36 months, with development services estimated at 8–10 months, and payments for development co-financed by ESF+ with a final deadline of December 31, 2027. TENDER BRIEF
The contract becomes effective upon the digital signing by both parties, with the last signature. The contract duration is up to 36 months, with the possibility of an extension of up to 4 months.
The provision of development services is carried out in stages, with an estimated total duration of 8–10 months.
Key phases within the development services include:
- Initial analysis.
- Planning of new information architecture, navigation logic, and content model.
- Development of UX-UI design, design system, and accessibility principles.
- Execution of wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and user tests.
- Technical development of the web environment, including platform setup, page template and content component development, content management structure, user roles, and permissions.
- Development and technical implementation of web environment functionalities, tools, tests, and necessary interfaces.
- Content migration, implementation of multilingualism, SEO setup, and URL redirections.
- Configuration of search, analytics, cookie management, and other technical additional solutions.
- Testing, training, documentation, launch, and handover of the web environment.
- Post-launch stabilization, warranty period support, and post-implementation maintenance and further development services.
Payment for web environment development works is co-financed by ESF+ measures, with a final deadline of December 31, 2027. Following the development stages, maintenance and support services will be provided until the contract's validity concludes.
