TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns the provision of access to the social domain for the municipality of West Maas and Waal, carried out under the name VraagWijzer. VraagWijzer is the gateway for residents with questions in the areas of housing, wellbeing, work, income and care. The activities include, among other things, clarifying support needs, providing information and advice, investigating requests for assistance, deploying available provisions and, where necessary, referring to provided support with an indication. The municipality of West Maas and Waal is a regie municipality. The contractor is responsible for the operational implementation of the access tasks. The contracting authority remains responsible for policy development, setting frameworks and contract management (contract steering). The intended start date of the agreement is 1 January 2028. The agreement is concluded for an initial period of four (4) years. The contracting authority then has the unilateral option to extend the agreement three times by two (2) years.
