TENDER DESCRIPTION

The assignment concerns conducting surveys over multiple years among detainees regarding their experience of food in detention. The (field) research must take into account the sometimes hard-to-reach target groups of detainees. The research must be carried out annually at 30 DJI institutions spread across the Netherlands. It is intended to conclude an agreement with 1 contractor. The assignment starts with an implementation phase of three months, followed by an execution phase initially of four years and subsequently four extension options of a maximum of one year each. The contracting authority assumes an estimated total contract value, including ALL options, of € 1,365,000 excluding VAT. A fixed budget is made available for the execution of the assignment.
