TENDER DESCRIPTION

Subject of the procurement: „New day-care facility - design tasks” (service order). This investment project falls under Act LXIX of 2023 on the order of state construction investments; it received a positive support decision under identification number TOP_PLUSZ-3.4.1-23-VP1-2025-00005. The Support Agreement was concluded on 1 October 2025 under registration number IKT-2025-618-I1-00000345/0000025. The Client intends to implement the construction of a new building for the Göllesz Viktor Day Care Institution for Persons with Disabilities at the property located at Veszprém, Kőhíd utca 10., property register number 6203/3. For the building planned for the site at Kőhíd utca 10., a concept design has been prepared. The building has a gross floor area of 640.88 m2. In the planned building, premises necessary for the daytime employment of 70 persons with disabilities will be established. The number of persons served by the heating kitchen/serving kitchen affected by the development is 80 persons.
