TENDER DESCRIPTION
Based on the provisions of Section 229 (3) of Act C of 2023 on Hungarian architecture (hereinafter "Méptv."), a new settlement development plan and settlement regulation plan must be prepared for the entire area of the Municipality of Tatabánya with county rights. The settlement area is 91.42 square kilometers, with an approximate population of 64,785. The winning tenderer's task is to prepare a new settlement development plan and a new settlement regulation plan, prepare a settlement image manual, and in view of the new planning documents, the winner is also responsible for preparing the heritage protection impact study and the environmental assessment section.
