TENDER DESCRIPTION

Metsähallitus, Natural Services is putting out to tender for the implementation of water management structures for an accessible route located in the Koli nature conservation area in accordance with this invitation to tender and the material attached thereto. The task is to construct a paved channel along with collection/discharge basins and drains on a steep slope. The construction site is located at Ylä-Kolintie 39, 83960 Koli Work may be started on 21.9.2026 or once the procurement contract has been signed. The contract must be completed by 31.10.2026. It should be noted that the Vaarojen maraton is held on 2–3.10 and the path must be available at that time. This is an entire contract (total contract) and the contract follows the general terms and conditions for building contracts YSE 1998 (RT 16–10660). The selected contractor acts as the main contractor and as the principal implementer as referred to in the legislation. The contractor is subject to the obligations referred to in YSE sections 1 §–4 § unless otherwise stated in the invitation to tender or in the material attached to it.
