TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the demolition of the building, waste disposal, construction of school premises and a school gymnasium, and the arrangement of the outdoor part of the school premises - PŠ Farkaševac, at the address Farkaševac 124, 10344 Farkaševac, plot no. 4, cadastral municipality Farkaševac, all in accordance with the Bill of Quantities and the project-technical documentation that is attached to these procurement documents and forms an integral part thereof. The project is aligned with the principle of ''do no significant harm'' (''DNSH''), i.e., it does not cause significant harm to environmental objectives in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 February 2021 establishing the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism, and with regard to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the establishment of a framework to facilitate sustainable investment and amending Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 (OJ L 198, 22.6.2020, p. 13.), the application of which is further elaborated in the Commission Notice - Technical guidance on the application of the do no significant harm principle…
