TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is to provide comprehensive services of regular cleaning, extraordinary cleaning, and other services in conference and accommodation hotel facilities owned by the contracting authority at the following addresses: Vila Lanna, V Sadech 1, 160 00 Prague 6 – Bubeneč and Hotel Mazanka, Za Vodárnou 1/1013, 182 00 Prague 8. The services will be provided year-round, on a 24/7 basis; the schedule of required work and required times will be supplied (in cooperation with the supplier) on a weekly basis, depending on the hotel’s occupancy and the number of planned conference events. Cleaning, washing, and disinfecting agents, refills for sanitary systems / dispensers / holders (toilet paper, paper or cloth hand towels, soap, hand disinfectants, etc.), supply of electrical energy and water, to the extent necessary for fulfilling the obligations and required for the proper quality performance of the cleaning services, will be provided by the contracting authority to the supplier, i.e., their procurement is not part of the subject matter of performance of this public contract.
