TENDER DESCRIPTION

7.1 The subject of the public contract is to ensure regular cleaning of the Parkovací dům building in the premises of the contracting authority’s headquarters, including all parking areas, communication routes, entrance and exit areas, technical facilities and other related parts of the building. The scope of performance also includes cleaning of the facilities used by employees of the Transport Health Service of FNO, in particular office, social and sanitary facilities, based on specified defined activities and the required frequencies. The scope of performance under this public contract also includes irregular cleaning activities and extraordinary cleaning work, which will be carried out based on orders placed according to the contracting authority’s needs. The Parkovací dům consists of 5 above-ground storeys (NP), of which on the 1st NP there is located the facilities of the department of the Transport Health Service for a parking area for 15 ambulances, the wash bay area and the disinfection area for ambulances.
