1. The subject of the contract is the renovation, reconstruction, and thermal modernization of a multi-family residential building along with the reconstruction of accompanying infrastructure at 10 Władysława IV Street in Gdańsk as part of the project entitled "Comprehensive energy modernization of residential and utility buildings under conservation protection, located in the Municipality of the City of Gdańsk - in the years 2024-2027". 2. The scope of works includes: a) Demolition and dismantling works, b) Land development, c) Construction works, d) Sanitary installations, e) Electrical and telecommunication installations. 3.
