TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Grefrath plans the modernization and redesign of the town hall - for this purpose, the heritage-worthy existing structure is to be modernized and extended by a new two- and/or three-storey (split-level), non-basement new building. This will connect to the existing historic building barrier-free via a small connecting structure. The structural shell work consists of a reinforced concrete core in mostly in-situ concrete construction as well as single-leaf masonry of the external walls (north façade and both gable sides). The carpentry/room works complement the structural shell with a two-storey timber load-bearing structure and a projecting balcony on the south side, as well as the roof load-bearing structure on the north and south sides.
