TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Grefrath plans the modernization and redesign of the town hall - for this purpose, the listed existing structure is to be modernized and extended by a new two- or three-storey (split-level), non-basement new building. This connects to the existing historic building in a barrier-free manner via a small connecting structure. The on-site shell consists of a reinforced concrete core, predominantly constructed with cast-in-place concrete, as well as single-leaf masonry of the external walls (north façade and both gable sides). The carpentry works supplement the shell by providing a two-storey timber load-bearing structure and a front balcony on the south side, as well as the roof load-bearing structure on the north and south sides. The subject of this tender are the following main services including all preparatory and follow-up work: - 1,700 m² linoleum floor covering works - approx. 1,650 m skirting boards made of softwood
