TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Grefrath plans the modernization and redesign of the town hall – for this purpose, the listed existing structure is to be modernized and expanded by a new two- or three-storey (split-level), not basements-based extension. The extension connects barrier-free to the existing old building via a small connecting building. The on-site shell consists of a reinforced concrete core, predominantly executed in cast-in-place concrete, and single-leaf masonry of the exterior walls (north facade and both gable sides). The carpentry works supplement the shell by providing a two-storey timber load-bearing structure and an adjoining balcony on the south side, as well as the roof load-bearing structure on the north and south sides. The subject of this invitation to tender are the following main services including all preparatory and follow-up work: - 270 m² solid oak parquet flooring
