Lot 09 Drywall Construction: Partitions, service walls, shaft walls: partitions / service walls / shaft walls: approx. 379 m2 plasterboard metal stud walls, with sound insulation requirements up to R'w 65 dB and fire protection requirements up to F90-A. Wall openings and door openings: wall openings: construction of approx. 26 door openings in drywall partitions, partly with sound insulation (up to 47 dB) and fire protection / smoke protection frame (jamb) detailing (T30-RS). WC partition systems: 6 sanitary cubicle systems (solid panel system with HPL coating). Drywall ceilings: drywall ceilings: approx. 1,333 m² suspended ceilings, including acoustic ceilings with use-dependent sound absorption, as well as areas with sound insulation requirements up to R'w 70 dB. Floor (strengthening of timber beam ceilings): floor / strengthening of timber beam ceilings: inspection, replacement and strengthening of existing timber beam ceilings including boarding, insulation and fire protection measures.
