TENDER DESCRIPTION

A planning in accordance with HOAI 2021 for the reconstruction of the weir is to be developed. The services to be provided are divided into basic services according to HOAI 2021 and special services. The contract relates to performance phases 1 to 9 HOAI. The basic services provided within these performance phases must be fully provided. The commissioning of the planning services takes place stepwise/optionally according to three performance stages (option contract). With award (signing of this contract), performance phases 1 to 4 (performance stage I) are initially commissioned. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of the further performance stages. The subject of the contract is planning services of performance phases 1 - 9 HOAI of the service categories: - Object planning for civil engineering structures (§ 43 HOAI) - Structural design (§ 51 HOAI) - Object planning for steel hydraulic engineering (§ 43 HOAI) - Structural design steel hydraulic engineering (§ 51 HOAI) - Technical equipment (§ 55 HOAI) - Landscape management accompanying plan (§ 26 HOAI) as well as necessary special services.
