TENDER DESCRIPTION

A design according to HOAI 2021 is to be developed for the reconstruction of the weir. The services to be provided are divided into basic services according to HOAI 2021 and special services. The contract refers to service phases 1 to 9 HOAI. The basic services planned within these service phases must be fully provided. The commissioning of the planning services is carried out in stages/options according to three service levels (option contract). With the award (signing of this contract), service phases 1 to 4 (service level I) are initially commissioned. There is no legal entitlement to the assignment of the further service levels. The subject of the contract are planning services of service phases 1 - 9 HOAI of the service profiles: - Object planning for civil engineering structures (§ 43 HOAI) - Structural planning (§ 51 HOAI) - Object planning for hydraulic steel structures (§ 43 HOAI) - Structural planning for hydraulic steel structures (§ 51 HOAI) - Technical equipment (§ 55 HOAI) - Landscape conservation accompanying plan (§ 26 HOAI) as well as the necessary special services for these.
