Umbau DGH Adenstedt - Rohbauarbeiten

TENDER DESCRIPTION

It is planned to convert the existing building located in the town of Adenstedt into a village community centre (Dorfgemeinschaftshaus, DGH). The building was erected in 1992 and approved/used as a hall operation, pub and bowling alley. On the upper floor, five residential uses are approved. The building is to be improved in terms of energy performance. For this purpose, a 20 cm thick external wall insulation composite system (WDVS) will be installed and a new heating system will be set up. The light-coloured WDVS façade will be enlivened by recessed thermally insulated design elements. In addition, the windows/doors will be replaced; new external doors are planned in light metal construction. On the north façade: On the ground floor, the parapet heights will be aligned. On the upper floor, a new window for the communal kitchen will be created. East façade: On the ground floor, parapets will be removed. In this way, an exit possibility from the hall will be created.
