TENDER DESCRIPTION
The client intends to award service phase 3 (in part) and service phases 4 to 6 with regard to structural engineering pursuant to § 51 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 14 to HOAI. Since, during the preliminary planning carried out, substantial parts of service phase 3 have already been completed, it can only be processed with a remaining scope of services of 50%. Service phases 4 to 6 must be provided in full. In addition, the following special services are to be awarded: • Incorporation into the already existing preliminary design. • Special services of service phase 8 (object monitoring): - Engineering-technical review of the execution of the structure for compliance with the tested structural calculations/documents. - Participating in monitoring the execution of structural interventions in conversions and modernization projects.
