TENDER DESCRIPTION

The client intends to award service phase 3 (in part) as well as service phases 4 to 6 with regard to structural engineering in accordance with § 51 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 14 to HOAI. Since, as part of the completed preliminary planning, essential parts of service phase 3 have already been provided, this phase is only to be processed with the remaining scope of services of 50%. Service phases 4 to 6 are to be provided in full. In addition, the following special services are to be awarded: • Integration into the already existing preliminary design. • Special services of service phase 8 (object supervision): - Engineering-technical review of the execution of the structure for compliance with the tested structural calculations/documents. - Contributing to the supervision of the execution of structural interventions during conversions and modernizations.
