TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contracting authority intends to award service phase 2 (in part) and service phases 3 to 9 for the object planning of buildings and interior spaces in accordance with § 34 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 to HOAI. As, during the preliminary planning already carried out, substantial parts of service phase 2 have been completed, it can only still be processed with a remaining scope of services of approximately 50 %. Service phases 3 to 9 are to be provided in full. In addition, the following special services are to be awarded: • Familiarisation/inputs into the already existing preliminary design planning. • Planning in BIM format.
