TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to award service phase 2 (in part) and service phases 3 to 9 for the project planning of buildings and interior spaces in accordance with § 34 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 10 to the HOAI. As, in the course of the preliminary planning carried out, essential parts of service phase 2 have already been completed, it is only still to be processed with a remaining scope of services of approximately 50%. Service phases 3 to 9 are to be provided in full. In addition, the following special services are to be awarded: • Integration into the already existing preliminary design planning. • Planning in BIM format.
