TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject and objective of the assignment is the general planning for the conversion of Building 12, with connection to Building 2 as a logistics hub for the delivery and distribution of station supplies in the hospital and on the campus of the Medical University of Lausitz - Carl Thiem. The goal is the comprehensive development of a cost-effective, sustainable and functional building concept, taking into account operational processes, existing structural elements and the current requirements related to workplaces, organization and technology. The gross floor area to be planned is approx. 2,200 m2, distributed over 2 floors; The building remains in operation during the conversion (employee canteen). HOAI services are to be provided for - Interior spaces - Structural engineering design - Fire protection - Technical building equipment (all plant groups) - Building physics - Occupational safety
